Account Executive (Commission-based)
Location: Miami, FL or Remote
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing clients to close new business and grow existing accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and solicit new business; build and maintain a full pipeline of sales prospects.
- Service and grow relationships in existing base of clients.
- Identify client needs, and develop persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
- Deliver effective sales presentations, negotiate deals and close new business..
- Maintain client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue.
- Generate revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM and social networking platforms.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling skills.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation and closing proficiency.
- Persuasive and professional communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.

Business Development Representative (Commission-based)
Location: Miami, FL or Remote
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with prospective clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through a variety of methods such as cold-calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Monitor market trends, industry news, and customer feedback to develop new sales opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotes
- Track customer accounts and update customer information in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- At least two years of experience in a sales or business development role

- High School Diploma, GED or Higher
